JavaZone 2005

javaBin, the Java User Group in Norway, is for the fourth year in a row arranging JavaZone (See JavaZone 2004 and JavaZone 2003), a conference on Java Technology. We are now in the process of selecting subjects and speakers, and would like to invite you to speak at this years conference.

JavaZone 2005 will take place in Oslo, September 14-15.

javaBin is an idealistic organisation established in 1996 by a group of Java enthusiasts. The group has since then evolved to be Europe's biggest and most active group for the promotion of Java.

The JavaZone conference has a technological profile, and is probably best described as a miniature JavaOne. JavaZone 2005 is offering a combination of 70-120 technical talks and exhibitors in an intimate atmosphere with an expected number of attendance of 800-1000 participants.

This years JavaZone conference will have five tracks:

  • Core Java Technologies, AOP, POJO and research
  • Enterprise (J2EE development and architecture)
  • Mobile, Gadgets and Java Gaming
  • Utilities and Experiences
  • Method and Business
