The agile methods have virtually no Quantified focus on the quality and performance levels of the software. This means you cannot control the main benefits for users and stakeholders. This means that you cannot really control the costs, necessary in order to meet the quality needs of your users. It means the methods are not suitable for industrial products where you cannot simply get the functionality, but must compete to deliver all sorts of qualities and performance attributes.
